Auto Librarian™ Import Book/Borrower SE is a utility which allows books and/or borrowers to imported into a new or existing Auto Librarian SE database from a dBase 4 or greater file in 2 easy steps.

FEATURES Easy to Use Auto Librarian™ Import Book/Borrower SE is an easy way to import existing book or borrower data into Auto Librarian SE book or borrower databases. If the existing data can be exported into dBase 4 or greater format and the data can be manipulated to mee the import file specifications this utility will import the data in 2 easy steps. Librarians can save hours of duplicated data input time by using this import feature if the data is available in another database. Includes instructions including the file specifications and import instructions in .pdf format.  The user creates the import dBase file from an existing database (for example Microsoft Access or Excel) by exporting the data into a dBase file with the specifications listed below.  The files are placed in a particular folder on the hard drive and the import utility does the rest. Duplicate booknums and borronums are rejected.
